Life Intervenes

September 26, 2013

The AtlanticSometimes it does.

A little time to shoot the bow.

A little time to ready the tree stand.

A lot of time for work, and to care for loved ones.

Only so much time in a day.

And so many days in a week.

Trust your first day goes well! Life certainly does intervene – between work, family, health and a big dose of bureaucracy I’ve managed one hunt in June. That’s it. Missed out on two good chital stags ’cause I thought too hard…

Hopefully this take a turn and I’ll spend a bit of time in the field in the warmer months.

Now go get that deer! Dan

Thanks, Dan… as you’ll see in today’s post, it didn’t all pan out with venison in the freezer. But then again, it was nice to get back out with the bow in hand, nevertheless.
